1.Launch Microsoft OneNote.
2.From the File menu, select New.
3.To create a local notebook, mark the menu item "This PC" in the second column.
4.Enter a name for your notebook in the "Notebook name" input field.



Note: The notebook is usually created in your documents folder.
(e.g. C:\Users\UsersXY\OneDrive\Documents\OneNote notebooks).
5.Now you can create sections and pages in OneNote.
