Teamviewer QuickSupport

With Teamviewer QuickSupport, we can support you very quickly and easily using the Teamviewer remote maintenance software.

We have no access to the data on your PC and can therefore neither transfer harmful programmes (viruses, Trojans, etc.) from us to your computer.

The use of this software is only possible after consultation or approval by you. The connection is of course end-to-end encrypted with AES 256 bit and thus has a very high security standard.

Step 1:

Click on the button Remote Access with Teamviewer to download the Teamviewer client software (TeamViewerQS.exe). No installation will be carried out. Then start the download (TeamViewerQS.exe) and confirm the disclaimer.

You will be shown an ID number and password.

 

Only if you provide us with the ID number and password,
we can access your computer.

 

The password is regenerated each time the client software is started.

 

Step 2:

Tell us your ID number and password.
